REFACTOR: Improve Docker build and development environment
This commit introduces several improvements to the Docker setup, including:
- Optimizing the Dockerfile for better caching and smaller image size.
- Adding development dependencies and pre-collecting static files in the build.
- Refining the docker-compose.yml for a better development experience, including a Caddy service.
- Making the entrypoint script more robust.
